Our client is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in the West End; they are an established yet progressive and expanding firm. Due to growth in their portfolio they are now looking to recruit a senior management surveyor.

You will be managing a commercial pension fund portfolio which will include some multi-tenanted offices, industrial and retail estates most of which are based in London. This is a hands on role where you will take an active role in property inspections, dealing with the full range of management issues, rent collection, dealing with some FM issues including H&S and compliance.

We are looking for an experience Management Surveyor with excellent communication skills and proven experience. Ideally you will be MRICS qualified, ambitious and have a keen eye for detail.
