Working as part of a small sales team under supervision of the team leader to pursue all quotes, prospect for new contracts
and administrate sales quotations and contract orders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Follow up all new Maintenance Contract Quotations, obtain orders and attain sales leads
Prospecting for new business and identifying opportunities to increase the client base.
Present key features and benefits of the company, its products & services to obtain opportunities
Maintaining a high level call rate
Appointment Making for the Area Service Managers & Business Development Manager
Maintain and update the companys sales enquiry database and customer records
Provide relevant requested literature from potential customers / sales leads
Sending letter of introduction with appropriate service brochures
Provide admin support to quotation and order processing
Generate Reports as requested
Price up new maintenance contracts and produce a quote
Chase repair quotes, update information and process on receipt of order
Complete customer survey monthly
Complete Customer Satisfaction Reviews
Costing and processing renewal orders
Following up on new equipment sales for maintenance
Dealing with customer enquiries and liaising with the Technical Team
Logging enquiries on the system to be quoted
Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings
