Staffline Group plc is a recruitment organisation specialising in the provision of fully flexible blue collar workers to the food processing, manufacturing, e-retail and logistics industries.

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our successful team.

Candidates will be required to work within a chilled and busy environment.

The key purpose of the role is to undertake aspects of warehouse operations as required fulfilling customer orders ensuring goods are dispatched efficiently, in full, on time, and are well presented. This will include loading and unloading items into cages, carefully stacking goods as well as entering data into the computer system to verify whether items have been damaged or misplaced.

Job Accountabilities include:

Ensuring all warehouse activities are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.

Complying with company policies and procedures, adhering to best practices.

To be flexible in approach to assist and cover all parts of the warehouse operation.

Adopt an approach of continuous improvement

Candidates must be confident in communicating effectively with colleagues across all levels in the business and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Ideal Candidates will be able to demonstrate:

Good organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail

An innovative approach to problem solving

Good level of computer literacy

Previous experience within a chilled warehouse environment is desirable, however, full training will be provided.

Normal working hours will consist of fixedshifts; 1.30pm 9.30pm or 4.00pm 10.00pm and 11.30am 9.30pm weekends.
