We are recruiting for support staff to assist in our New Homes Marketing Suit on Saturday and/or Sundays

Requirements

Experience of residential letting or experience within Property, Sales or Customer Service.The ability to build a relationship with potential buyersExcellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive by nature, a lateral thinker, with the ability to use your experience and qualifications.A high degree of integrity and someone who has valued reputation with in the market place

Responsibilities

Administration data entry and updating recordsTaking/registering enquiriesSpeaking to potential vendor and buyer who come into the officeAccompanying potential purchasers on viewings around the development and inside the apartmentsCommunicating a handover with feedback from the weekend back to our client via email
