This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable Administrator to join one of the UK's leading firms. You will be tasked with providing a high level of secretarial and administrative support within the Business Support team in Bristol. Key tasks will include typing up general correspondence on behalf of colleagues- letters, memos, accounts, reports etc, as well as diary management - coordinating diaries of group members on daily basis, booking meeting rooms, arranging travel etc. You will work in a wider team of support staff and will be expected to provide occasional cover as and when required.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and supremely well organised Administrator with significant experience providing high quality administrative support within a large national firm. You will require excellent audio typing skills and must have a copy typing speed at least 45 wpm. You must be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload appropriately, plus an excellent eye for detail and a methodical and professional approach. You will be a strong communicator with good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
