This is an excellent opportunity for a Claims Technician to really make a difference and provide superb customer service to the portfolio of clients within our Loss Adjusting Services Property Division.

Most importantly, youll be able to put yourself in our customers shoes, see the full picture and have the ability to make decisions based on the facts, treating all claims on their individual merits. Working alongside a Property Adjuster you will assist in the progression of cases, as well as assisting with new instructions and have the ability and background knowledge to make the right decisions on each claim. You will be responsible for essential administrative tasks and provide support to the Adjuster on a daily basis.

You will have/will be:

Experience of dealing with commercial and household claims Superb communications skills listening and acting upon information given The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of assigned tasks Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim. Understanding and empathy when required Be able to priorities your workload on a daily basis Excellent keyboard skills Excellent IT skills Cert CII/Cert CILA qualifications or working towards.
