A great opportunity has arisen for a Collections Agent in the city centre of Leeds.

The purpose of the role is to maximise the collection recovery for our clients through the delivery of outstanding negotiations and service levels on a portfolio of accounts via inbound and outbound calling activity.

Duties & Responsibilities

To take inbound and outbound calls with clients and debtors to resolve queries and or collect payments. To process and ensure that all back office business processes are done with precision and in a timely manner. Day to day problem resolution with both clients and debtors. Proactive management of a portfolio assigned clients/debtors. Through skilled negotiation, maximise collections and help deliver outstanding competitive performance.

Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication skills. Professional business manner and conduct. Ability to prioritise and time manage. Proficient in the use of PC and MS Office. Good organisational skill sand the ability to work well within a team.

Knowledge & Experience

Collections, sales or call centreexperience. Business to business customer service experience. Target drives and an understanding of delivering against KPIs and SLAs.
