Reporting to the Group Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the production of Commercial Analysis and interpretation to the business. You will coordinate and deliver budget and forecasting for the business and be responsible for the development of the Commercial Analysis team.

Key Responsibilities:

To coordinate the production of analysis and interpretation of Retail, B2B and project performancePromote strong business relationshipsSupport and development of the teamTo ensure Deal Reviews and pricing processes are accurate, timely and effective in maximising profit for the businessTo work closely with the Strategic BI Manager and Group Commercial Manager to prioritise the automation of reportingEnhance the decision making process through accurate and relevant reportingWorking with Management Accounts on in depth analysis and future risks/ opportunitiesCommunicate regular updates and findings to the appropriate audience within the businessProvide recommendations for improvements driven by findings in analysisDevelop and implement Key Performance Indicators which actively monitor the performance of the business

The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent people skills and the ability to interpret financial information into non jargon. With a proven track record in building and managing relationships with directors and other departments, you will have experience of delivering commercial monitoring tools. You will have the ability to lead and develop a team effectively, enhancing knowledge and expertise of the team.
