DELL certified field engineer IT (Level 1)

We have a requirement for Dell certified field-based engineers to visit client sites, installing equipment and delivering a high level of customer service. Candidates should ideally have experience of working as a Dell Certified field service engineer.

As travel is involved around Birmingham, the field engineer must own their own transport. They must also be prepared to work on a self-employed basis and be flexible regarding jobs.

As well as technical skills and experience, all our IT desktop support engineers should have excellent communication skills, be dedicated and focussed on delivery and have a strong customer service ethic. They should also be educated to GCSE-level or equivalent as a minimum.
