The Role of Internal Sales Co Ordinator
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Sales Co Ordinator, who has proven success in a similar role to assist in driving our business forward.
Key Focus:
To respond to customer sales enquiries and maximise sales orders whilst providing a quality of service that meets and exceeds the clients highest expectation.Maintaining all administration systems and procedures in a Sales office environment which will include: logging of enquiries & providing quotes, chasing of business, follow up & invoice/credit procedural standards, so experience in a similar role is essential.Confidence to ensure that all enquiries are handled in an effective knowledgeable manner to our clients.Skills and ability where appropriate negotiate on individual pieces to secure the maximum profit, having the ability to take into account any relevant business factors working in close liaison with the Internal Sales Manager. Ability to liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless transition from the Sales Department to the Operations. Proven experience in carrying out pro active sales calls and conducting market research.Updating and inputting information onto a databasesTo achieve business targets set for sales conversion, sales orders and profit margins.To be a successful Internal Sales Co Ordinator in our business you will need:
