A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving estate & lettings agency in Leicester.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and strong communication skills. The Lettings Negotiator should be able to demonstrate confidence in dealing with clients at all levels and have the ability to develop and manage successful client relationships. Must also have smart appearance, full driving license, the ability to work under pressure and have a proactive approach towards work.

Responsibilities will mainly include registering applicants, viewings, negotiating tenancies, business development, property inspections, administration etc.

Experience in property lettings and management is a must. Experience is property sales would be a significant advantage.

The successful Candidate will receive a competitive basic salary, rewarding commission and progression structure.
