First 6 months based at Sidcup DA14 5HU, subsequent rotations across the South East
Programme Overview
The scheme lasts for 2 years and includes intensive rotations which will give you exposure to our wider business. Through a combination of on-the-job learning, high level project work, hands on experience of key internal operations, attendance at great networking meetings, involvement in our resident events to understand our customer base, youll get to know our business inside out all while receiving great training and mentoring support.
This position promises to give candidates great exposure to every part of our business, receive excellent training and take on a significant level of responsibilityin order to gain the skills and knowledge to become our managers of the future.
Who were looking for
Our rotations will be based across the South East and your first 6 months placement will commence at our office in Sidcup, Kent. We will require you to be flexible in order to branch out and work from our other offices, going wherever the role takes you.
Due to the impact of new Government reforms in the sector, it is important that you have a good strategic focus to identify innovative ways of working, adapt easily to a changing environment and have an eye for spotting new opportunities.
Being a natural communicator is crucial because our managers need to effectively negotiate with our stakeholders and customers and build lasting relationships.
It goes without saying that customer service skills are essential as you will be ensuring that the highest level of customer satisfaction is being achieved.
Youll need to be driven, proactive, confident and self-motivated to make things happen. Youll also need to have great interpersonal skills as we expect individuals to work in a collaborative and approachable manner.
