Our client is the leading hospitality / entertainment operator in the UK and Ireland. They are an innovative and market leading business and right now, they have an exciting and aggressive expansion plan and are currently looking for a driven Regional Manager to join the team.
Job Role - Regional Manager Retail and Hospitality Organisation:
Your role will be to develop and lead a team of General Managers to deliver the operational strategy and provide exceptional service to customers. To manage complex and high level stakeholder relationships in a commercial manner. Drive commercial performance and operational excellence that exceeds requirements and expectations. Review business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets in line with management and performance reporting. Demonstrate commercial value to the Leadership and Executive teams in line with the company vision, values and overall business strategy.
Lead and drive the growth strategy through leading the development of long term strategic objectives Development of complex, high level stake holder relationships Deliver profit targets through the leadership and development of Regional Operational and Support teams Implement a strategic review process to identify additional sales opportunities Communicate strategy to the team and ensure that stakeholders are engaged and coached to deliver maximum performance Provide operational insight to grow sales and deliver customer satisfaction / retention Ensure all legislative and operational policies are implemented to provide a safe environment for all Align strategy and operations to central functions to enhance service offer and other initiatives Work closely with procurement and buying teams to ensure food purchasing complies with company policies Ensure menu and food development are of a high quality and exceeds customer expectations Ensure people strategies are in place to develop, train and motivate and deliver business requirements Ensure management and executive succession plans are in place to meet current and anticipated needs Key Attributes - Regional Manager Retail and Hospitality Organisation:Senior management experience within a retail or hospitality environment - leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results Has led the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets Excellent communication and presentation skillsDetail2Leisure is a division of Detail 2 Group Limited and acts as an employment agency.
