Scope and purpose of the role:
To provide administrative support to the sales organisation by utilising current sales process, tools and reporting to achieve clusters revenue performance as well as customer satisfaction.
To Interface between the sales and other support functions to ensure freeing up sales force time to sell
Main Responsibilities
Sales Admin Support is a direct report role to the relevant Area Sales Manager, and part of the Area Sales Team. It is a function within the DHL organisation in supporting achievement and improvement of sales efficiency and effectiveness.The role supports the cluster sales team in achieving the revenue target, gaining new Business, increasing pipeline quality, implementing pricing proposals, driving One off billing revenue, improving sales efficiency & effectivenessThe role provides administrative support in providing sales performance reports and sales tools to follow the right sales processes to drive overall performance improvement and customer satisfaction.Other areas of direct involvement is the on-boarding process for new customer implementationThe role resolves & assists customer requests / issues related to DHL and/or escalate requests to relevant parties when necessary within the specific clusterThe Sales Admin Support also provides an interface role with other functions in DHL organisationTo provide the cluster sales team with accurate, timely and business driven administrative support in line with ever changing business requirements.This is a cross functional role in that an understanding of all levels, roles and responsibilities within Sales is expected in order to provide the required level of business insight through quantitative and qualitative sales support.To offer an efficient, professional, courteous and customer oriented response to sales/customer enquiries and also responsible for supporting all cluster sales team. To provide assistance to the internal / external customers by coordinating support departments at DHL which will ensure that customers and sales peoples needs are met.

Qualifications required
Minimum 5 GCSEs grades A - C including Maths and English (or equivalents) & General IT literacy Microsoft Office Programs
Qualifications achieved:
