Reporting into the General Manager - Revenue, you will be responsible for a Team managing a portfolio of routes to obtain maximum load factors and revenue through effective pricing strategies.
You will provide ongoing analysis of route performance and factors that may impact on revenue, load factor and yield, forecasting demand and setting actions to ensure future profit and volume targets of the Company are achieved, and where possible, exceeded. Providing the General Manager - Revenue and Directors with up-to-date information, analysis and reports concerning your portfolio of routes. Managing a team of analysts, you will be responsible for developing and coaching, ensuring regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and targets are in place and monitored effectively.
Another part of your role will be to ensure that pricing structures for your portfolio are aligned with expected demand, monitor competitor pricing and activity, highlighting any areas where we may be able to maximise revenue further due to current popularity, as well as liaising with the Marketing Team advising which routes may require any additional activity.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and passionate with the ability to deliver in a fast paced, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability is key. The successful candidate will exercise a sound commercial awareness and good knowledge of the Aviation and Travel industry, be highly analytical and possess good people management skills.
