Job: WARM SALES ADVISOR - MARCH 2012 START
Location: Manchester
Salary: 16k + uncapped OTE (19k for hitting target)
Hours: 37.5 hrs (Monday to Friday)
We are currently recruiting for an award winning Sunday Times TOP 100 company based in Manchester. Our client is going through a number of planned growth phases over the next 1-5 years doubling the size of the current organisation. My client has 7 divisions each offering different products and services throughout the UK. This role is working on the newest division which was launched in 2008 and currently has 50 members of staff. Fantastic opportunity to work in a fun working environment for an established business.
We are looking for ambitious candidates who have a natural flair for sales who are keen to progress within the organisation.
This role is working as an 'Insurance Lead Generator', so this is working closely with the seasoned sales teams to ensure (and confirm) than any leads coming into the business are infact genuine leads, which can be closed for a sale. Your role is to work through the sales leads (which come from various sources including the companies website) to ascertain specific details about the customers current insurance policies. Once you have confirmed the customers details are correct and they are interested in receiving a new quote on insurance products (home and car insurance for example) you will transfer the call to a qualified insurance specialised, collecting your commission in the process! Simples! It really is that simple.

The starting salary is 16k with an OTE of 19k (although this is uncapped).
I have sat with the sales team and the working environment is great fun. The current members of staff enjoy lots of banter, an onsite gym (50p a month to employees) and a subsidised canteen (with a Starbucks!). As well as excellent work facilities and state of the art offices, the team members are hungry and driven to smash targets and over achieve commission payments. If you have 6-12 months sales experience (door-2-door or outbound) then we want to talk to you.
