Due to continued growth LBM are currently recruiting 5 new Team Managers to join our rapidly expanding business at LBM Middleton, North Manchester. Over the last 2 months our Middleton operation has undertaken significant growth with existing and new LBM clients across Telecomms & Utility sectors - with further growth planned during Jun-Aug. Due to this we now employ circa 550-600 people at our Middleton operation.
These additional Team Manager roles we have created are exciting opportunities for highly motivated, driven individuals to join our professional sales management teams. LBM Middleton is based at Stakehill Industrial Estate in Middleton - 1 mile from Middleton Town Centre. We have free on-site car parking within walking distance of the site and we are situated along major public transport routes.
Salaries and Benefits
Basic salaries will be up to 25k with realistic bonus potential of up to 6k-8k per annum. All salaries agreed with new Team Managers will be dependent on specific skillsets and experience. Other benefits include 33 days hols (inc stats), company sponsored healthcare, staff incentives and discounts & free car parking.
Hours of Work
All Team Managers are asked to be fully flexible in regards to their working hours, however there are specific shifts patterns that successful applicants can be expected to work on LBMs outbound shifts. Managers typically work 38.75 hours per week with Outbound Sales Campaigns dialling between 8.45am-8pm Monday-Friday, with all staff signing Monday-Sunday contracts.

Role Summary
Leads the team, is the main driver to achieve target and hit SLA/KPIsConstantly improves their own and teams performance - lifts the performance of the team through effective documentation/driving performance and detailing Advisor improvement through Advisor development filesSets plan for the week/month ahead based on current issues and analysis of previous week/month statsDelivers weekly plans at healthy check meetings, through daily performance reviews and the delivery of work set by CCMUtilises Coaching/121/Advisor Contribution/Behaviours of Team/Professional Conduct/SDSA Development and documents in line with LBM policiesEnsures the relevant time is spent on Advisor and Team development, constantly reviews the performance of individuals, ensuring effective coaching is being conducted that relates to previous Coaching sessions and is moving forward.External Experience/Skills Summary
Successful applicants will typically have a minimum 2 yrs Team Management experience managing Outbound Sales Campaigns and teams gained within the Call Centre and/or Contact Centre sectors over the last 5 yearsApplicants should have managed teams of minimum 10+ staff via Outbound Sales Campaigns and have a proven track record of delivering against KPIs/SLAs/Sales targets within Call Centre and/or Contact Centre sectorsDemonstrable Staff/People Development experienceHas excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills with the ability to work in a multi-staff environmentAnalytical and problem solving skills - have the ability to interpret MI and deliver Action PlansGood understanding of Inbound and Outbound telephony/dialler systemsA full Job Description is available on request
