RBC Mony is a Claims Management Company who specialise in financial mis-selling.

RBC MonY is looking for an experienced Cusomer Sales Advisor to work within a large office environment speaking to clients who want to claim their missold-PPI .

Full product knowledge and training will be given to the right candidate who will liaise with clients and complete paperwork which will be compliance checked and forwarded to the client.

The ideal candidate will have good sales experience not necessarily within this field, however, must have exceptional customer service skills.

Potential of progression within the company to a supervisory role in a relatively short period is also available and will be assessed and advised on application and interview.

Basic salary starts 10 per hour with a review after 6 months.

Working hours will be 10:30 - 6pm each Saturday and some evenings during the week may be requied . The successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete NVQ's in Customer Service and Business Administration at the companies expense.
