Must have good computer and customer service skills. Working shifts, week days, evenings and weekends. Dutiesinclude taking calls from members of the public with reference to lost and found dogs to be logged onto thecomputer system. Also dealing with internal Dog wardens, Local authorities and animal shelters. Previous call center experience and office experience would be an advantage, but training will be given, Must be flexible with regards to days and hours worked to suit business needs. Transport is necessary due to the location and some late finishes.
