We are looking for a fair but firm Customer Service Manager who has an approachable and flexible attitude to work, is able to facilitate change and has excellent interpersonal, people management and leadership skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Start date: ASAP
Key skills/competencies:
Strong Customer Service Management experience and knowledge gained in a Contact Centre environment as well as extensive knowledge of contact centre processes and their impact on the customer experience
Customer focused with strong commercial and financial acumen
Excellent analytical, problem solving and planning skills as well as strong organisational aptitude and proven time management skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage, develop and motivate all staff within their Teams
Extensive experience of leading teams in a similar environment with proven results
Experienced in dealing with unions
Excellent influence and persuasion skills
Able to handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
