Our client, a leading Credit Card issuer in their sector, is looking for an experienced Fraud Manager to run their Fraud, Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions team, based in Central London.The role encompasses all aspects of Operational Risk to help protect the business against Fraud, Financial Crime & Losses as well as being the subject matter expert for the business on all theseareas.You will also have experience of dealing with External Agencies including Police and Regulatory Bodies.As well as managing the team on a day to day basis, you will makestrategic recommendations to the businessaroundFraud, Chargebacks & Disputed transactions and ensure that processes & procedures are compliant with FSA and Mastercard Regulations.The ideal candidate must havein-depthexperience of running a Fraud & Chargeback team and have full knowledge of Payment Scheme rules and procedures.You will be responsible for all aspects of reporting Frauad, Chargebacks and Dispute trends to senior management. A hands on leader you will also be responsible for the training and development of the team to ensure you have an effective cross functional team across the business.
