This post provides an exciting opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in leading a small but established HR team and developing it further to develop and embed a HR partnering and consultancy service to managers across a defined geographical area.
You will be responsible for delivering a professional and customer focussed generalist Human Resource service to managers predominantly across a residential and community service group. You will support in developing high performing teams and coaching managers to develop their people management skills to enable early intervention and resolution of issues.
The successful candidate will need to have an interest in the vision, purpose and values of this client and be able to motivate staff to deliver excellent services. Positive, proactive, focused and enthusiastic, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to provide high quality advice in complex situations with a proven knowledge of employment law.Your experience will be complimented by excellent communication skills, CIPD qualification and the ability to manage a demanding workload of competing priorities.This clients workplaces cover a wide geographic area and an ability to travel independently is essential along with the ability to work flexibly at times outside of office hours.
