Junior Account Manager in London Messaging Market
As one of the worlds leading providers of professional messaging solutions, Retarus is looking for highly-motivated Junior Account Manager located in the London area who will quickly learn the ability to understand and articulate Retarus product differentiators, capabilities and value-add, as well as developing an understanding of customer requirements.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the country manger you will be accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas, and building new revenue by selling messaging products and services to medium size and large accounts.Developing and implementing of plans for acquiring new accounts by cold calling and prospecting, both on the phone and face-to-face.Schedule and conduct consultative sales appointments.Make professional client presentations that articulate the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings.Developing of a complete understanding of the prospects organizational structure, building relationships with influencers and key decision makers.Partner with customers through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business needs, issues, strategies and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution.Prepare sales proposals/contracts for orders.Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies and competitors.Manage sales funnel to analyse and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas.Provide superior customer service on a day to day basis.Serve as primary support for the Strategic Account Executives.
Basic Requirements
Preferred - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldsFirst experience in sales of technology products and servicesExcellent communication and presentation skills (persuasion, motivation)Proficiency with MS products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Mandatory Able to travel up to 50 of the time
