You will need to have previous experience of using a computerised PC based accounts package and Microsoft Office, an excellent telephone manner, together with the flexibility to carry out a broad range of administrative duties, including:
Opening and sorting daily post
Answering and redirecting incoming telephone calls
Processing invoices and petty cash
Running a smooth credit control system
Supporting managers with letters and minutes
Maintaining paper and electronic files
Maintaining the diary
