The successful applicant will ideally hold a relevant care management qualification RMA or LiC and have previous experience in a similar role. Must have a strong understanding of personalisation and must be experienced in developing person centred care plans. The individual should be highly motivated and have high aspirations in respect of quality outcomes for service users. The individual should have strong leadership skills, enabling them to support their team of employees to develop their abilities and ultimately deliver better outcomes for service users. The role will involve a combination of hands on leadership duties and a focus on ensuring the service meets the quality standards expected of us by the Care Quality Commission.
