A secondary school in theKings Nortonarea has asked that we providelocal cover supervisors for the remainder of this term and next.

Your role will be diverse, covering a multitude of subjects, ages and ability levels. So it is important that you are versatile and adaptable.

This school offersexcellent behaviour support, but it is stillcrucial that you possess good behaviour management, and ultimately, are able to engage with the students using effective classroom techniques.

This role will suit someone who has graduated, and is now looking to gain experience in the classroom before undertaking a teaching qualification. Similarly, this would also suit NQT's looking to gain further experience, prior to securing a permanent teaching post.

We work with most secondary schoolsand academies throughout the Birminghamregion, so despite where you live in the Midlands area, it is always worth getting in touch.
