The Person
Reporting into Group Head of Marketing (GHM), you will be responsible for improving the digital presence and developing short, medium and long term digital marketing strategies across the Groups portfolio in all disciplines. The successful candidate will be a confident leader and experienced people-manager, experienced in strategic planning with good influencing skills and an open communication. This is a new role for BBI and an exciting opportunity for the right person to develop within an ambitious, fast paced business with growth potential in the digital arena. BBI is a friendly, open environment with experienced marketing managers to partner on strategic growth.

The Role
The responsibilities of the role include:

Monthly reporting on group-wide performance against digital strategyWorking alongside individual marketing managers to recommend and develop digital strategies for specific brands, product ranges and servicesBudget definition and ownershipSharing knowledge regarding digital techniques and best practice so that marketing managers understand ROI and fit within their overarching brand strategiesDeveloping ecommerce strategies with responsibility for growing sales to defined sales targetsSelecting external agencies and managing day to day relationships, with a view to developing these as in-house resources where recommended.Monitoring, driving regular progress meetings and setting targets with suppliers of creative, digital services, software and hardwareDelivery of best practice guidelines to ensure effective digital work and practices are shared across the BBI Group
