Renault Retail Group seeks experienced Call Centre professionals to join our Contact Centre in Salford, Manchester M3.

The current vacancies are for our Outbound Team, so we are looking for candidates who are confident over the phone, with great sales and customer service skills, and with the ability to promote products and services confidently.

We will consider applications from candidates with a strong background in outbound call centre work. Candidates with experience in the automotive sector will have an advantage.

For successful applicants we will provide the following:

15k basic salary Uncapped Bonus Scheme (19k On Target Earnings)

Details of the role include:

Arranging service and MOT appointments for customers vehicles; including cross selling and upsellingOutbound courtesy calls to existing customers to arrange vehicle servicing at their local Renault DealershipHandling customer service calls

Working Hours

Full-time: 42.5 hours per weekRegular working week is 5 days: comprising 4 weekdays plus one weekend dayStaggered shifts are on rota, involving work between the hours of 8am and 8pm (Mon-Fri), 8am-6pm on (Saturday)
