Grayson Thermal Systems supply engine cooling, heating and air conditioning systems and fluid reservoirs to bus, coach and specialist vehicle manufacturers and can provide the complete design, prototype test and production supply. We use the latest technologies for our manufacturing plants.

Role & Purpose:

To ensure that all Graysons production facilities operateaccording to plan in a safe and effective manner.

Duties / Responsibilities:

-Workwithin safety standards at all times.

-Maintenanceon production machinery including specialist machinery used in the manufactureof vehicle cooling systems, laser cutting, brake press and various metalpressing machines, furnace, fluxing equipment, welding equipment, generalservices maintenance.

-Minimisedowntime through ppm system.

-Assistwith projects.

Person specification / Experience:

-Highlevel of mechanical and electrical understanding.

-Musthave served a recognisable apprenticeship and have experience in at least twoof the following: mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, pneumatics

-Educatedto at least HND level in an engineering discipline.

-Methodicalproblem solving.

-Experienceof maintenance on production equipment.

Work Location :

Two factories based in Wharf Road / Wharfdale Road, Tyseley, Birmingham B11

Working Hours:

8:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday / 8:00 to 12:45 Friday
