This position requires you to perform a wide array of office related duties.You will need to be able to prioritise work as well as maintain flexibility and grace under pressure, whilst handling ever changing tasks.

Our Project Administrators have the ability to work using their initiative, while having excellent problem solving skills. Additionally, the role demands strong communication skills to achieve the desired results in a fast paced environment.

Job responsibilities are, but not limited to:

1.Providing confidential and exact administration services to facilitate the smooth running of office processes.

2.Reception duties will include answering the phone and dealing with incoming as well as outgoing calls efficiently and politely.

3.Acting as the first point of contact to provide assistance and advice to subcontractors, visitors and outside callers to ensure their enquiries are dealt with quickly, effectively and with courtesy.

4.Making quality and assurance calls to customers with confidence and politeness.

5.Recording your quality and assurance calls accurately and understand the information gathered, and imparting this information to relevant managers.

6.Entering and saving data and client information precisely and quickly when working in Excel (please note an assessment will take place at interview).

7.Filing of information accurately and quickly when maintaining hard copy records, and to be able to retrieve this information as required.

8.Liaising with all levels both internally and externally, i.e. clients, government bodies etc. to ensure co-ordination of activities is executed correctly.

9.Taking a role in organising events to project the correct image of the company.

10.Taking an active role in developing our office processes.

Essential Skills:

1.Successful experience of working in a confidential administrative environment (please note references will be required).

2.A high standard of computer literacy i.e. MS Office and Excel (please note that certificates and an assessment at interview will be required).

3.A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

4.An accurate attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of work under pressure.

5.Excellent written and spoken English, with absolute correct spelling and grammar.

6.A methodical and organised attitude to the job and the ability to pick up and prioritise work load.

7.Ability to manage time and recognise, prioritise and action the most important tasks and ask for help from colleagues where necessary.

Associated Benefits:

This position is initially for a 3 monthprobationary periodand it is anticipated that a permament contract will be awarded on successfulcompletion of the first 3 months by the candidate. The first 4 weeks will be probationary and a review will then be held to look at performance and progress of the successful candidate.

The company has a record of good support, social events and bonus schemes for members of staff who show commitment, loyalty and hard work.

The hoursare 37.5 per week, working 5 days a week; it may be required that your hours are flexible sometimesstarting later and working later. You will be asked to work the occasional Saturday, and to take a day off during the week. There is occasional overtime hours available if you require them.

During the 3 months probation period, the hourly rate of pay will be 7.50-9.00 per hour; on successful completionof the 3 months, and if a permanent contract is awarded thenthe hourly rate will rise to between 8.50-10.00 per hour.
