This is an excellent opportunity to have direct involvement in the development of quality services that meet the specific needs of individual clients. Working with a Leading Provider of Young Peoples Services in Solihull, you'll have the opportunity to work in an innovative and friendly team.

You will therefore need a good understanding of support requirements and will be adept at providing necessary levels of care. You will have an individual case load and will be required to work in partnership with external partners and agencies. You'll provide support to a team of Project Workers but will also have your own projects.

Experience of working in a social care or support setting is preferable and strong communication and inter-personal skills are essential to success in this role. Ideally you will hold a qualification in working with children or have a good working knowledge of child protection procedures. You'll have access to a comprehensive training and development program. You will work a 4 week rota & weekends.
