We are seeking individuals who can work on a flexible basis to cover staff members on annual leave and sickness, to ensure we maintain a first-rate service for our clients. We are looking for committed people who are able to work on their own initiative with individuals with varying support needs. The roles demand excellent communication skills as you must be confident liaising with statutory, voluntary and other key agencies. You will be working in a supportive environment and a partnership in truly worthwhile work.

You will work as part of a team, with excellent training and career development opportunities. There are good opportunities for promotion. You will be required to cover shifts with opportunities for days, evenings, nights & weekends.
