We have opportunities in Salford Quays, Manchester

We're currently recruiting for the following shift patterns with start dates in August and beyond:

Premier Banking: Must be fully flexible to work on a rotational basis between 7am-11pm Monday-Sunday. You will work 5 days out of 7, 35 hours per week.

Central Telephony: Must be fully flexible to work on a rotational basis between 8am-9pm Monday-Saturday. You will work 5 days out of 7, 35 hours per week.

If you are unable to commit to the current shift patterns we still welcome your application, as other shift patterns are likely to come up throughout the year.

Our Manchester call centre is responsible for selling the full portfolio of Barclays products to existing customers. Here you'll specialise either in Inbound Sales or Premier Client Sales and Service. Based in Salford Quays you simply need to hop on the tram, or if you drive there's ample parking onsite. Out-of-hours you can explore the restaurants and shops in the plaza, or if you wish to stretch your legs a little further, there's subsidised gym membership on offer.

Providing the seamless telephone service we're renowned for - all with that special personal touch - you'll meet, and beat highly attainable targets. You'll be a natural on the telephone, capable of quickly building rapport and trust. Ideally you'll have put your skills into practice in a customer-focused environment. A positive outlook is key and your natural sales ability will ensure you achieve your targets. You'll quickly identify customers' needs, up-selling where possible and making referrals to product specialists. So that as you deliver a fantastic service your sales figures will soar.
