We are currently looking for anEMPLOYMENT CONSULTANT

For our Hammersmith office, our Peckham office and our Walthamstow office, as well as a LEAD EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANT at our Hillingdon office to cover maternity leave (please specify when applying)

From 22,000 per an num Plus Bonus and Benefits (26,000 for Lead)

You will be managing diverse customers on their journey back to work and into sustainable employment. If you are passionate about supporting others, able and willing to work with customers in a professional, high-commitment and action-orientated way, with their best interests at heart we would like to hear from you.

Ideally you will have:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at C or above including English Language and Maths

Experience of working with customers and a relevant NVQ 3 would be a bonus

Proven success in achievement of targets in a high performance culture

Performance and delivery focused - working to targets and deadlines
