LUXURY RESERVATION CONSULTANT

A leading Holiday Company specialising in tailor-made holidays is currently looking for a Luxury Reservation Consultant to join their team in their London office. The Luxury Reservation Consultant will be responsible for achieving and exceeding an agreed targets and building up a loyal clientele by managing all the clients/ travel agents requirements and exceeding expectations in respect of services and attention to details. As a Luxury Reservation Cons ultant you will be able to process all reservation enquiries from travel agents and direct clients in a timely and efficient manner as well as able to handle incoming telephone calls promptly, efficiently and effectively. You also will be able to process flight reservations in Amadeus and able to negotiate deals with hotels on an ad-hoc basis over and above contracted rates and tactical offers in order to secure bookings. The Luxury Reservations Consultant will be able to process own bookings such as create booking in automated system and will be able to deal with special requests. You also will able to investigate and provide a written reports with 24 hours of receiving any complaints or queries on your bookings. As a Luxury Reservations Consultant you will be required to assist with promotional mailings, travel agents sales calls and represent the company at travel trade and direct consumer events as required. The successful Consultant needs to be target driven with proven sales track records of delivering results and have an excellent knowledge of Caribbean, Indian Ocean or the Middle East and have comprehensive knowledge of deluxe hotels.You also will be required to have a minimum of 3 years retail/tour operating experience as well as ability to create FITs by multi-purchasing to create a travel solution to clients.You also will be required to have a working knowledge of an Airline CRS.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and progressive company with a reputation for excellence.
