A Sales Negotiator is required to join our Contact Centre in Bristol on a fixed term contract for 6 months.

WHAT THE SALES NEGOTIATOR JOB INVOLVES:
The Sales Negotiator role with UNITE is a varied and challenging one where no one day is the same.
As a Sales Negotiator you will work within an upbeat and friendly call centre based team responsible for managing all incoming sales enquiries, qualifying all the opportunities, identifying the customer needs and converting calls into viewing appointments, all to the high standards that UNITE prides itself upon.
Of course in a sales environment you would expect targets and the team focus on achieving these. Administration is also an important element of a successful team so y oull be using our systems to ensure that records are up to date and produce accurate reports for analysis.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
A genuine passion for customer service is the most important quality we look for. Although you may not have worked in the property sector before, you will have a background in a call centre environment dealing with inbound telesales. If you have experienced sales into the youth market then this would be beneficial too, however its not a prerequisite.
Its really important to us that you thrive on understanding, empathising and delivering against customer needs and are able to communicate effectively with people, remaining professional, courteous, friendly and calm in all situations. Along with this being sales focused you will naturally thrive in a resu lts orientated environment and be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving targets both individually and as part of a team.
With so many customers and such a variety of work the environment is fast paced and exciting, so we will need to know that you are able to work at pace, whilst still maintaining a high level of accuracy in everything you do. Its also crucial that you are a first class team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and working together to achieve goals.
Our administrative processes are really important too, so we will look for you to have had experience of administrative duties before. Although we will provide you with support and training on our systems and processes, you will need to be a comfortable and confident user of IT systems such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
