A Technical Lead/Project Coordinator, Manager has strong term leadership skills and expert experience in leading the build and design of Microsoft .NET applications and Oracle Fusion Middleware is urgently required for an IT/Software Development company.

As a Technical Lead/ Project Coordinator, Manager you must provide technical support, direction and guidance to all members of the team using in-depth knowledge and experience of appropriate technical methods, tools and applications. Must be hands on.

The successful candidate will be responsible for men toring, planning, providing direction, relevant documentation and working alongside business stakeholders to define the future strategy and application roadmap.

This is a challenging role which requires strong technical analytical skills along with strong Project Coordinator, Manager skills. The person will be expected to travel to the offshore development team on a regular basis.

Technical Skills:

Must have hands on development experience Microsoft .NET Framework 4, Windows Presentation Framework (WPF) and XAML

Candidate must possess solid understanding of enterprise architecture, SOA, design patterns and have significant experience in developing web services. Must have had exposure to Service Oriented Architecture andOracleFusion Middleware/Oracle SOA suite

Experience in implementation of Oracle Coherence in-memory caching

Must possess good SQL knowledge (either in Microsoft SQL Ser ver or Oracle Database)

Experience in real-time messaging platforms (like Diffusion) will be a distinct advantage

Project Management / Lead Experience:

Must be a PRINCE2 Practitioner

Proven experience as Software Project Manager in full project lifecycle with experience with different methodologies (waterfall and agile)

Proven experience in Offshore Deliver Model and handling large remote (offshore) teams

Experience in resource and effort estimation in the technology stack specified above is a must

A self-motivated, problem solving individual capable of communicating with stakeholders of all levels

Degree or Equivalent

Travel to India due to project requirements
