Are you a natural leader with excellent motivational skills? Do you have previous experience of managing a team of 20 or more employees? If so our client has an opportunity for Data Processing Manager in their Leicester based organisation.

You will be responsible for managing time and resources to achieve business objectives to specified deadlines, budgets and to a high standard. You will ensure that operations are resourced with the appropriate skills, and that the number of staff within the area reflects current workloads.

You will constantly be reviewing processes to guarantee all work is carried out using the most cost effective and efficient methodology and be regularlyreviewing and updating the written procedures that are in place for all processes.

When required, you will liaise directly with clients to discuss the processing services and ensure that the preparation and implementation of the services are in accordance with pre-agreed instructions and time scales.

Working closely with your team you will deliver training to all staff members so that they are competent in working within different areas of the operation. You will identify potential in your staff and create appropriate personal development plans to enable them to achieve success. You will ensure that quality targets are achieved by all staff members in a productive manner. You will also be able to identify staff training needs and deliver training so that your staff have the required skills and knowledge to achieve the departments goals. Other duties will include maintaining accurate staff attendance records, handling issues raised by team members and where appropriate, liaising with the Head of Operations and human resources department.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience gained within a data management role, with strong people management and leadership skills. You will be an excellent motivator and have knowledge and/ or experience generating business. You will also be competent in Microsoft Word and Excel and have advanced written, verbal and presentation skills.
