The Roles - Sales Account Manager x2 (Product Inspection - checkweighing, metal detection, x-ray)

Following expansion they now seek to recruit two commercially astute Sales Account Managers. Working from home, the successful applicants will be responsible for managing the sales portfolio and established key accounts throughout the South East / South Coast or East Anglia.

These are in the main account management posts, although you will also be responsible for 'up-selling' and identifying new business opportunities, ultimately looking to exceed area sales and gross profit targets. You will look to extend the customer base, participate in relevant exhibitions and local events, assist in training team members, analyse competitor activity, organise territory product presentations and take responsibility for producing proposals and sales agreements, as well as all the associated administrative duties. These roles are home based.

Your Background - Sales Account Manager x2 (Product Inspection - checkweighing, metal detection, x-ray)

To succeed in these varied and challenging roles, you must be able to demonstrate a background in selling product Inspection, checkweighing, metal detection, x-ray, packaging equipment or capital equipment into the process industry sector:FMCG manufacturing, food and drink, plastics, waste recycling, plastics or pharmaceutical. You will ideally have a technical or engineering qualification. You will need to be well organised, an excellent relationship builder and key account manager, with a good attention for detail, with the ability to 'up-sell' and to work autonomously in a field based capacity.
