That's why we need an experienced Area Manager for Retail Mortgage Sales, willing to lead a team of Woolwich Mortgage Advisors and ensure they provide comprehensive mortgage advice to personal and corporate customers. As Area Manager for Retail Mortgage Sales you'll use your financial acumen and solid people skills to maintain and enhance Barclays' excellent reputation for customer service through the expert training of first class Woolwich Mortgage Advisors.

What you'll give our customers
You'll give them a well-trained team of Woolwich Mortgage Advisors, ready to fulfil all of customers' complex needs, treating customers fairly and providing them with a first class experience of Woolwich Mortgage advice. Thanks to your effective sales management, your team will achieve growth targets in sales activity for the area, shaped by your business plan and Woolwich Mortgage Advisors Key Performance Indicators. Taking care of the recruitment needs, you'll also ensure that new recruits are of the highest quality for the Woolwich Mortgage Advisor team.

What you'll need
As you are going to lead a team of professional Woolwich Mortgage Advisors, you'll need a wide range of leadership, management and mortgage knowledge skills and experience. You'll also need detailed knowledge of Woolwich Mortgage products, sales process and regulatory obligations. Your qualifications will include at least full CeMAP or equivalent or other advanced qualifications. You'll also need to be willing to travel when necessary and dedicate your time to keeping our customers smiling.
