Michael Page Life Sciences is working with an exceptional growing organisation based within the North West. They are seeking a Clinical Project Manager to join their growing team.Role descriptionMichael Page Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a growing Clinical Research Organisation that is seeking a Clinical Project Manager with the ability to work and progress into the business development area.

This role is focused on working across all phases of the clinical trials dependant on the business requirements working very closely with the Director of Clinical Operations. You will be responsible for taking the lead as the Director of Clinical Operations when they are not present within the organisation. This role will also requires a person to grow in the area of business development, working closely with new and existing clients eventually becoming key for developing new business.

Your responsibilities will involve:

Full site responsibility for clinical studies
Training and understanding of ICH-GCP and SOPs
Mentoring junior Clinical Research Associates
Building rapport and relationships with clients
Working closely with the Managing Director with regards to business development
Working closely with both the Managing Director and the Director of Clinical Operations to improve clinical processes
Who we're looking forMichael Page Life Sciences is seeking a person with:

Experience as a nurse or a background or working in a nursing environment
Drive and determination
Business development expertise
The ability to impress with regards to client facing meetings and bid defences
The ability to build rapport and a relationship with clients and internal staff
Educated to degree level ideally within the clinical arena or relevant scientific area
