Insurance Customer Service Advisor

Salary up to 20,000 dependant on experience.

DNA Insurance Services are looking for the right candidate to work as part of a team that will be looking after existing clients when they change their policy and offer adviceto clients dealing with general enquires. Experience in motor trade or private/public hire is desired but not essential.

Your aimwould beto provide continuous support in a fast moving, young and vibrant company andhave a strong desire to meet all challenges, whilstdelivering outstanding customer services.

This role would suit a current CustomerService Advisor who is looking to join a local company that offers continuoustraining and support andwho is looking for anew challenge!

Knowledge of using the MISYS/OPEN GI software would help but is not essential.
