As a HR Advisor you will deliver a consistent HR service, providing exceptional HR advice and managing all aspects of day to day HR operational business requirements. In this challenging and diverse role you will be the first point of contact for all new and existing Employee Relations cases, long term sickness absence cases and recruitment activity. You will do this by building effective working relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders. You will also use strong knowledge of employment law to ensure that credible and high quality advice is provided at all times, and is in line with UK legislation. To do this successfully you will need.

-To be CIPD qualified, or working towards the qualification

-To be able to demonstrate evidence of business knowledge and commercial awareness, in multi site field based HR role

-Evidence of working with complex employee relations cases in a fast paced environment

-A high degree of influencing and persuasive skills with the ability to both influence and implement

-Excellent coaching skills

-Strong communication skills, excellent planning and organisational skills

-To be happy to work 20 hours per week and be based from home, covering Peterborough, Nottingham, Leicester and Northampton, with a willingness to travel
