We are currently recruiting 'Food and Beverage Apprentice Team Members' to join our restaurant Red Hot World Buffet Bar, Leeds. This is a full time vacancy, paid above apprentice wage at 3.00 per hour, tips and free meals on duty. The ideal candidates will be looking to start a career in the hospitality industry. Earn as you Learn. All qualifications are delivered in house by a Remit Assessor.

This course usually takes one year to gain an NVQ Level 2. To do this you wont need to go to a further education (FE) college or training centre as all the training is done in the work placement. Your time will be spent in a place of employment where you will get to learn practical skills from seeing the real working environment. You will shadow qualified members of staff so that you are able to learn firsthand how to go about the job. You will also get the opportunity to assist in the activities and tasks being undertaken. Once you pass your assessments and progress through your course you will be able to start completing tasks on your own. To ensure you are competent in completing tasks on your own a Remit assessor will visit you periodically at the work place to complete assessment testing with you.
