HR Consultant required for professional services HR Consultancy. The primary location for this role is in Essex (within the M25) but you will spend time across a number of offices in and around London with weekly travel. This is a client-facing HR Consultant role and whilst you will inherit an existing portfolio of warm clients there is an element of business development required to generate further revenue. Your clients will vary in size and sector and whilst the bulk of your work will have an Employee Relations focus you will be supporting them with a broad range of HR activities and projects. This role would suit an experienced HR professional who has specialist knowledge of employment law with a strong generalist background. As the successful candidate it is likely you will hold your full CIPD and have a strong academic record with a stable career history and strong ER experience.
