Responsible for the manufacturing, assembly and distribution of turbochargers and associated products for both the OEM and after market automotive sectors for all ranges of Passenger and Off road Vehicles.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the continued development, implementation and management of Lean methodologies and tools throughout the Quality Function.

Your remit will include:

Lead the coordination & management activities to ensure compliance of the QMS to ISO TS16949Act as the main Customer contact (external/internal) to meet expectations related to quality issue resolution.Key Quality Leader to ensure successful NPI launches following APQP system requirements.Interfacing with customers for PPAP approval.Lead internal RCA & 8D.Drive continuous improvement Initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, 5s methodologies.Support the development and maturity of the Honeywell Operating System.

You will be qualified to HND/Degree level with a strong and proactive approach to the development of WCM Quality Tools and Processes with experience of some of the following;

TS 16949 ISO 9001 Lean Manufacturing/Change Management8D, FMEA toolsRoot cause AnalysisSix Sigma
