This is a great opportunity to join an expanding and friendly Wealth Management firm, putting your proven organisation and planning skills to good use, supporting the senior advisers and other team members. KMD has a small client bank of high net worth and ultra high net worth clients providing specialist wealth management advice and financial planning. You will be interacting with these clients on a daily basis.

You must be very experienced, highly articulate, numerate, and financially inquisitive with excellent client service skills.You will possess intermediate IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook and your English language skills, both written and verbal, will be of a high level.

To be successful in this role....you will need to demonstrate that in addition to your excellent communication skills, affable nature and strong attention to detail, you have proven experience providing administrative support. Experience in working within the financial services sector, particularly wealth management is essential.

Duties include:
Typing correspondence
Recording and updating information on company database and manual systems
Managing diaries

Liaising directly with clients by phone, letter and email

Dealing with new investments

General Office Administration
Information Gathering
Answering and following up telephone calls
Maintenance of compliance records and client files
