We require a Registered Nurse to join our expanding laser eye surgery and/or ophthalmic day case surgery business. This is an opportunity to work in exclusively private, superbly equipped refractive surgery clinics as a key member of our dedicated surgery team. The position includes travel between clinics.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Delivery of a world class client experienceAssisting the Surgeon in the treatment room Preparing clients for treatmentProviding aftercare advice following treatmentSupporting the Manager with ensuring the delivery of high quality care in accordance with internal and regulatory StandardsAssisting with the induction and training of new staffGeneral administrative duties; file preparation and record keeping; assisting with quality management auditing

Minimum Requirements:

You must be a Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registrationWillingness to travel Prior minor ops/surgery/theatre experience is preferredExcellent communication skillsExcellent care delivery and customer service skills
