ETDE Infrastructure Limited, a lead street lighting specialist which is part of the Bouygues group of companies, operates through a network of branches throughout the UK providing a diverse range of lighting services to local authorities and the private sector.

We have an excellent opportunity for an Electrician to join our Major Projects divisionworking nightson a 6 month contract at our M4/M5 site in Bristol. Immediate start required.

Your main duties will be:

Install electrical equipment and wiring Test street lighting 3 phase networksCompetant completion of network testing certificates.Terminate and joint cablesprivate (dead) cablesDiagnose fault on equipment and replace faulty componentVisual Inspection Electrical, Optical and StructuralTest & inspect new installationPeriodic test & inspection of highway electrical installation & issue CertInstallations conduit and MICCInstallation and maintenance of street lighting equipmentInstallation and maintenance of tunnel and flood lighting

You must have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

Basic Health & Safety (JIB / ECS + First Aid + Manual Handling)City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2, 2391 and 17th EditionStreet lighting experience is a mustMotorway experience an advantageYou must have a full clean driving licenceBe physically fit, reliable, self motivated and able to work on using your own initiative
