Based in our offices in Tunbridge Wells; we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Manager to work on a variety of high profile projects.

The role

With an initial focus on a range of high profile and exciting projects, you will be expected to develop Test Strategies and approaches and to manage test execution and defect correction to support the delivery of the AXA portfolio.

As an experienced Test Manager this role will require you to have strong knowledge of a variety of test tools & approaches, an organised approach to defect management and experience of package and systems integration testing.

You will also be expected to manage, develop and co-ordinate a number of test analysts as well as having the skills and attributes to deputise for the Senior Test Manager as required.

Skills, knowledge and behaviour

ISEB Test Practitioner or Prince2 Foundation preferred with demonstrable experience of Test Management. Strong communications skills at all levels with good interpersonal engagement. Detailed understanding of relevant test/ project management tools, techniques & lifecycles planning & organising skills. Negotiation, presentation & relationship management skills. A good understanding of the Life and Pensions industry preferred. Proven Team-leading experience. Proactive, Methodical, Organised, Enthusiast, Eager to learn, Proud of own work.
